The foundation entertains relations and reviews projects of reform education initiatives, using pedagogical methodologies used in the waldorf pedagogy in low-income communities in countries in South Asia, Latin America and Africa.
The foundation aims at capacity building of teachers through support for study and exchange programs, stimulating south-south learning.
The foundation maintains a friendly and collaborative engagement with similar initiatives, e.g. ‘Internationale Hulp Fonds (IHF) https://www.internationaalhulpfonds.nl/index.php?language=uk, based in the Netherlands, the German ‘Freunde der Waldorfschule’https://www.freunde-waldorf.de ‘Alanus Hochschule’, with the possibility to co-fund initiatives for reform education, while remaining flexible for other initiatives
The foundation maintains strong relations with other related institutions in Europe and elsewhere as well as with the United Nations (UNICEF, UNESCO among others) to stimulate child centered learning initiatives.
